PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

Below are the terms & conditions associated with your booking of the Mount Shasta Mystical Journey Tour. By checking the box above, you acknowledge that you have read thoroughly and agree to the terms and conditions listed below. 

This terms and conditions service agreement is entered into between you (“Participant”, “Guest”, “You”, “Your”) and Jennifer Hart Connected, a Sole Proprietorship in the State of California that owns & operates The Connected Soul Network (TCSN) Membership  (“Tour Operator,” “we,” or “us”) and is curating the Mount Shasta Mystical Journey (“Event”, “Retreat” “Journey”, “Experience”, “Tour”). 

The Mount Shasta Mystical Journey will take place starting at 5pm PT, Thursday, July 20, 2023 and conclude on Sunday evening,  July 23, 2023. You may attend as little or as much as you would like. The intention is to have a gathering of like-minded souls to connect with nature, source, self and others. 

The Experience includes a tour guide, entry to Lake Siskiyou for the boat excursion, the boat excursion, ceremonies/rituals & supplies, and a workbook.

Lodging, transportation, and meals for this event will NOT be included. The Participant is responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation, meals, snacks, and transportation. Also not included are donation-based services such as the ecstatic dance on Thursday night or if you feel inclined to gift any donations to the GUIDES sharing their services with us. The summer months are especially busy in Mount Shasta City, so it is recommended to book as soon as possible! 

Other items not included in the price of the Mount Shasta Mystical Journey are flights, transport, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, tipping, and any food or drink or additional excursions or activities, which are not confirmed as being part of the tour arrangements.  Additionally, any items or services purchased during a tour are not included in the cost of the Tour unless specifically stated.

PRICING

All tour prices are per person and are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD).

The Mount Shasta Mystical Journey will be paid in full upon purchase for the amount you are able to afford with a minimum of $100 up to $250. It is the responsibility of the participant to choose the payment option that best meets their financial needs.

BOOKING, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please note payments made on all bookings are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Additionally, no responsibility is accepted by the Tour Operator for losses, or expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, changes in schedules, or other similar causes that the Participant may experience. 

HEALTH & FITNESS

The Mount Shasta Mystical Tour should not be overly strenuous for people who are healthy and reasonably fit. If you (or anyone on whose behalf you are booking) are affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect your or other people’s enjoyment of the trip; you must advise us of this at the time of booking. If your health or fitness changes between the time of booking and your trip departure date, you must notify us via email of these changes before the tour starts.

By checking the box above, you certify that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the Tour. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participating if you have any health concerns or medical conditions. You agree to disclose any relevant medical information to us and understand that we may rely on this information to make decisions regarding your participation in the Tour.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

The Participant must inform the Tour Operators on our registration form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any other mental and or physical condition, which may affect fitness to participate.  Failure to notify us may result in the Participant being refused certain activities during the tour at the Participant’s own expense. This tour may be unsuitable for participants due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy, or physical or mental conditions, please email [email protected] if you have concerns.

It is absolutely vital that you are accurate with your fitness level and medical conditions for your own safety.

The Tour Operators will do their best to meet special requests including dietary or physical limitations but such requests may not always be possible depending on the tour, in which case the Tour Operator reserves the right to refuse Participants with certain conditions. As a Participant, you MUST carry medical insurance. 

ITINERARY CHANGES

The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions or any other circumstances. The itinerary may be changed or canceled at any moment to ensure the safety of our participants, staff, and volunteers. 

SAFETY & TRIP ENJOYMENT

We take your safety and well-being very seriously, however, you are ultimately responsible for your safety, so we ask all tour Participants to sign a liability waiver. This liability waiver completed upon arrival. To avoid possibly dangerous situations, it is extremely important that you obey any rules and regulations imposed by the Tour Operators and instructions given by them.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By checking the box above you grant the Tour Operator the right to take photographs, videos, or other media recordings of you during the Tour. You understand and agree that these recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, and marketing materials. You waive any rights of compensation or ownership to these recordings.

UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Tour Operator reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the Participant’s responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest terms and conditions will be communicated through email.
